In the first 12 months of Real Estate he became inducted into the Captains Club and 6 months later the Multi Million Dollar Chapter, recognized as part of the top 5% of salespeople in the Network of 700 Offices. In 2005 Jonathon bought LJ Hooker Bundaberg Franchise with a small rent roll and have grow the office to over 700 management properties. In 2007 Jonathon became an Auctioneer for the company having conducted over 150 Auctions since.
